Piotr's comment is not a proven fact, and has been disputed here[http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t{{=}}121294] so should probably be reverted.
An Examination of the patch history for A2OA Patch v1.59 shows only one refereence to it the command and that is a fix that stops it being used by none admins[[A2OA:_Patch_v1.59]]

:Note I have placed comment here in the discussion and not just reverted it. Others in the thread linked dispute it. Note also there is no official support for the view that serverCommand is no longer working. If the changelog said that serverCommand function was turned off then fine, but it don't. If one of the developers were to look at it and pronounce it is no longer an ArmA II Function since A2OA:_Patch_v1.59 then the Wiki and the Changelog should reflect that, until it does, then all we have is he said she said.

I haven't had any luck with this command, it always returns false for me. I have tried client and server execution on a dedicated server. I tried the exact same password I log in with.
