I put them into openoffice writer, had it put the stuff into three columns, and without touching the font size that makes it a little into four pages, after 'prettifying' (aligning groups etc). | |||
I tried adding a pdf of it to this wiki, but no luck. I might make it available from my own website in a little while. There isn't much else at the site in question. | |||
