Bohemia Interactive Simulation (BISim, known in the past as "Bohemia Interactive Australia" or BIA) was formed in 2001 as an initiative of both (of the band Seventh, whose music features in the soundtrack for Operation Flashpoint) and Bohemia Interactive; it is the company behind the Virtual Battlespace (VBS) series, a professional training simulation aimed at armies and military entities.

While they share the "Bohemia Interactive" in their name and VBS 1 and 2 respectively partly used Operation Flashpoint's and Armed Assault's engine,
Bohemia Interactive and BISim are two separate companies and do not share any more technologies.
