- The result is local to the PC on which command is executed.

- Parameters:
- flag: Object - flag pole of the type "FlagCarrier"
- Return Value:
- Number - flag position in range from 0 to 1, where 0 is bottom of the flag pole, 1 is the top of the flag pole
