- Parameters:
- path: Config - path to group in CfgORBAT. If only this parameter is passed, visibility settings for the group are removed.
- alpha: Number - alpha (0 = transparent, 1 = full color)
- time: time - commit time in seconds
- Return Value:
- Boolean
