time setOvercast overcast

Type of returned value:
Description:
Set overcast to given value smoothly during given time (in seconds).
Zero time means immediate change.
Zero overcast means clear (sunny) weather, with overcast 1 storms and rain are very likely.
Example:
50 setOvercast 0.5
Comments:
Use setRain if you want to make sure it rains.
