I have asked Kronzky for clarification. This was not the stance of BIKI admins in the past. Even BI, asked about this very topic, was okay to have community projects put their documentation into BIKI. --[[User:WGL.Q|.kju]] 11:30, 5 December 2009 (CET) | |||

Size of Mod Pages
We've been pretty lenient so far in ignoring the image limitations, partially due to the fact that they were somewhat hidden, and partially because we assumed that they would not be abused.
Unfortunately, the image submissions and content size of your mod is exceeding any reasonable limit for this Wiki, so we will have to ask you to cut it down to one overview page with a maximum of 8 images.
I understand there's a lot of work that has been put into those pages, so I would suggest to just save the sources of the pages somewhere else, until you find a proper host your documentation, and then upload it there.
Please have all the pruning done within the next 4 weeks. After that any pages or images exceeding this limit will be removed.
The same limitations will be applied to all mod pages, and some official rules will be posted on the Guidelines page.
Sorry about this "sudden" enforcement, but the Wiki was never really meant as a hosting platform for modders...
