- Parameters:
- value: Number - (Optional, default 0) the value to be converted
- size: Number - (Optional, default 1) wanted array size
- Return Value:
- Array of Numbers - "boolean" flags where 0 = false and 1 = true
Examples
- Example 1:

- Example 2:
