Duplicate Handling
- Change to "Resolved" right to "Change Status To:"-Button
- press "Change Status To:"
- on the next Page
- change Resolution to "duplicate"
- insert the id of the duplicate entry (note: this entry will not be altered)
- if appropriate check the "Close immediate"-checkbox
- leave a note, why this is a duplicate
- press "Resolve Issue"
