Resolving Things
- Change to Resolved right to Change Status To:-Button
- press Change Status To:
- Resolve page will open
- change Resolution to fixed/no change required
- change Fixed in Version (ONLY when resolution is fixed)
- leave a note
- press Resolve Issue
Duplicate Handling
- Change to Resolved right to Change Status To:-Button
- press Change Status To:
- Resolve page will open
- change Resolution to duplicate
- insert the id of the duplicate entry (note: this entry will not be altered)
- leave a note, why this is a duplicate
- press Resolve Issue
- Note
- Instead of Resolved it is possible to take Closed, when the bug status is NEW.
