[markerName, stepId, delay] call BIS_fnc_briefingAnimate
Parameters:
markerName: String - marker to animate
stepId: Number - step ID (steps are invisible markers named <markerName>_<stepId>)
delay: String - commit time (transition duration)
Return Value:
Nothing
