Parameters:
path: Config - path to group in CfgORBAT. configFile >> "CfgORBAT" >> "BIS" >> "O_Brigade"
number: Display - overlay ID returned by BIS_fnc_ORBATAddGroupOverlay
Return Value:
Boolean - true if overlay entry was removed

Examples
