Visitor 3 Manual – Talk

Parts of this manual seem to be inconsistent, maybe they refer to another version than Visitor3 PE?
For example, the ===How to Make Your First Map=== paragraph says: "Create surface from Tools -> Textures... ," but there is no such menu item. I think the funktion keys have different meanings as well.
