Codex Explore Other Worlds – Ylands

You can travel to other worlds by sailing in your own ship to the edge of the map and then choosing a destination Yland on the Region map (M).

It is also possible to hitch a ride with your friend (or foe?) on their ship. Just be on their ship when they embark on their journey.
