Alternative Injury Simulation (AIS) end state. Used to tell engine that script side healing is done when using "HandleHeal" event handler.

Parameters:
[unit, healer, healercanheal]: Array
unit: Object - wounded
healer: Object - medic
healercanheal: Boolean
Return Value:
Nothing
