Description:
Screen dirt (texture) postprocess. Displays dust PP according to damage obtained from near explosion; takes array from "Explosion" event handler.

Parameters:
unit: Object - who gets the damage. Unused and useless parameter
damage: Number - damage given to unit by explosion
