Description:
Changes the radio volume smoothly within the given time.
The player's in-game setting is not changed by this command: Final Volume = Client Setting * Scripted Volume.

time fadeRadio volume
Parameters:
time: Number - Fade interval in seconds
volume: Number - Radio volume range 0 to 2
Return Value:
Nothing
