Description:: Check if version of application is available. If the current version is older than the required one, a warning message is shown and false is returned. Version of format Major.Minor, e.g. 1.30

Kronzky: If the script contains a command that was introduced after the required version, it will still generate a syntax error, even if this test is done at the top of the script (as the whole script is parsed before execution).
