MP Effects

Thanks for the note regarding addScore MP behavior, but that's what the two icons at the top of the page are for ( & ).
"EL" means that the effect is local (which is pretty much the same as what you stated in your comment.
So - if you find out any specific MP effects in commands that don't have these icons yet, please use them to indicate the behavior.
