- 1. In ArmA3 ver 1.14 flare color can be changed via setLightColor.
2. Flare won't have visual presentation in daytime.
3. setLightUseFlare needs to be used together with setLightFlareSize and setLightFlareMaxDistance so that a flare can be seen.
