Syntax
- Syntax:
- [target,time] spawn BIS_fnc_strategicMapAnimate
- Parameters:
- target: Config or Position - either config path to target group, or absolute position in format [x,y,z] or [x,y]
- time: Number - commit time in seconds
- Return Value:
- Boolean - true when animation is applied
