- Parameters:
- minSpeed: Number - in m/s
- maxSpeed: Number - in m/s
- minAlt: Number - in meters
- maxAlt: Number - in meters
- minDir: Number - in degrees
- maxDir: Number - in degrees
- targetOrPosition: Object or Position
- Return Value:
- Nothing
