Return Value:
Boolean - returns true if the vehicle has enabled transporting other vehicles, and false if the vehicle has not enabled transporting other vehicles

Examples

Example 1:
Blackfish (Vehicle Transport) with given variable name blackfish _canTransportVehicles = vehicleCargoEnabled blackfish; //returns true
