Reads the configs to return a matching config >> CfgSentences >> missionName >> topic entry.

Configs are checked in that order: configFile, campaignConfigFile, missionConfigFile.

Parameters:

missionName: String

topic: String

Return Value:

Config - the topic's config entry. nil on error or not found
