Returns the mission author's name preceded by "by", e.g "by Username". See Description.ext - author.

Parameters:

config: Config - (Optional, default configFile) where the function will look for author entry

control: Control - (Optional, default controlNull) if provided, will be filled with author's name

Return Value:

hint format ["%1, %2", briefingName, call BIS_fnc_overviewAuthor];

Example 2:

hint format ["%1, %2", briefingName, [missionConfigFile] call BIS_fnc_overviewAuthor];
