Description:: Previews all vehicle icons on map.

This function is broken as it uses bad arguments for BIS_fnc_returnParents (line 35, "" instead of true)

Syntax:: [parentClass, position, map] call BIS_fnc_diagVehicleIcons
Parameters:: parentClass: String - (Optional, default "all")
: position: Position - (Optional, default [100,100]) position of the first icon on the map, others will be layered on top of it
: map: Control - (Optional, default findDisplay 12 displayCtrl 51 a.k.a main map)
Return Value:: Nothing
