- Shows or hides the radio on the map screen, if enabled for the mission and you possess the item. (default true).

The radio is now an item in Arma 2.
Class path is "CfgWeapons" >> "ItemRadio".
Use the addWeapon and removeWeapon commands to add/remove it from a unit's inventory. e.g:
player removeWeapon "ItemRadio";
