person kbTell [receiver, topic, sentence id, [argument name, argument value, argument text, argument speech], ...]

Parameters:

person: Object

[receiver, topic, sentence id, [argument name, argument value, argument text, argument speech], ...]: Array

receiver: Object

topic: String

sentence id: String

argument name: String

argument value: Code

argument text: String, argument speech is an array of Strings, where each string is an already defined word in configs.
