- Boolean - whether the vehicle was able to be loaded
Examples

- Blackfish with no vehicle cargo loaded
_success = blackfish setVehicleCargo offroad; //true - Example 2:
- Blackfish with full cargo already loaded
_success = blackfish setVehicleCargo offroad; //false
