Sets fuel amount in cargo space of refuel vehicles. Note that the carrying capacity of each side's refuel trucks differ.

amount : Number - from 0 (empty) to 1 (full)

1.44 setFuelCargo will have no effect if the vehicle doesn't support getFuelCargo.
