Description
- Description:
- When useOffset is true, camera will move to the position + defined offset in config and target the position. If useOffset is false, the camera will be moved exactly to the provided position without changing the rotation of the camera. Default camera offset: [0,-25,25]

- Parameters:
- position: Position
- useOffset: Boolean - true if camera should use offset (defined in configFile >> "Cfg3DEN" >> "Camera" >> "moveOffset")
