Parameters:
vector1: Array - vector 3D or 2D (since Arma 3 v2.00, z coordinate is defaulted to 0)
vector2: Array - vector 3D or 2D (since Arma 3 v2.00, z coordinate is defaulted to 0)
Return Value:
Number
