The Red Army have installed troops on the Island of Kolgujev near Everon. General Guba an veteran of the Nogova conflict in 1982 is their commander. His plan is to occupy the whole island group of Malden. He is supported by some soviet hardliners who wants to turn back to the old soviet Stalin era.
